Cleary Advises ICA $3.5 Bln Restructuring


Cleary advises Chile catastrophe bond; Milbank Mexico oil financing.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexican construction company ICA on its $3.5 billion restructuring and the Republic of Chile on its $500 million catastrophe bond issue; Milbank advised borrowers in connection with financing vessels that will be chartered in the Gulf of Mexico by Mexican oilfield services company Cotemar.
