Latin America M&As Decline 22%

Brazil airport concessions among top M&As in Latin America this year.

The first nine months of the year showed a decline in the value and number of deals announced in the region. All in all, there were 1,332 deals with a total value of $97.8 billion announced, according to a Latinvex analysis of data from Thomson Reuters. That represented a decline of 21.5 percent in the value compared with the 1,540 deals announced during the same period last year.
