Latham & Watkins Advises OHL Mexico Purchase

Hogan Lovells, Jones Day, Latham & Watkins, Shearman advise on LatAm work.


Latham & Watkins is advising IFM Global Infrastructure Fund on its offer to buy publicly held shares of OHL Mexico; Jones Day advised BanBajio on its $475.2 million IPO; Hogan Lovells acted as counsel to the Mexican State of Zacatecas to refinance most of the public debt of the state and Shearman & Sterling represented the lead manager and bookrunner in connection with Guatemala’s recent bond.
