Shearman, Milbank Advise on Chile Work
While DLA Piper forms cooperation agreement with Chilean firm.

Shearman & Sterling represented the managers of a $185 million Formosa bond offering by Banco Santander Chile; Milbank advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. and Natixis in the acquisition financing of two backup power generating facilities in Chile and DLA Piper announced it established a cooperation agreement with Chilean law firm Bahamondez, Alvarez & Zegers (BAZ).
