Cleary Advises $4.5 Bln Latin America Offers
Cleary, Holland & Knight and Milbank advise on LatAm work.

Cleary Gottlieb was counsel on the two largest equity offerings completed in Latin America so far in 2016 – the $1.6 billion IEnova follow-on offer and the $1.2 billion MercadoLibre secondary offering – as well as several bonds from Mexican state electricity company CFE worth a total of $1.7 billion.
Meanwhile, Holland & Knight advised on Fibra INN’s bond, while Milbank advised on financing for a natural gas pipeline between the Mexican states of Durango and Aguascalientes.
