What are your favorite restaurants in Latin America?

In Mexico, my favorite restaurant is Loma Linda on Avenida Reforma. I’ve been coming to Mexico for 32 years and always went to this restaurant. It’s more of an Argentine steakhouse. The ambience is not Hacienda de los Morales. The food, the beef, is just superb. They have a fun place. It’s not cheap, but it’s not fancy-intimidating. There are always a lot of business people that meet for social lunch or light conversation.

I also recommend for a more relaxed dinner, the restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City, which is inside the courtyard. It has good food and the service is excellent

In Buenos Aires, I recommend La Cabaña in the Puerto Madero district. The food is ridiculously good.

In Sao Paulo, a couple of choices for steak. The Rodeio on Rua Haddock Lobo [and] the Figueira Rubaiyat.

For burgers, in my neighborhood there’s the Butcher’s Market [which is] really very good.
