Cleary Advises on Argentina Bond


Paul Hastings advises on $1 billion Sigma offer.

Cleary Gottlieb acted as international counsel to the Republic of Argentina on its historic $16.5 billion debt offering that closed last week.

Meanwhile, Paul Hastings 
represented Mexican food company Sigma on its $1 billion offer and Mexican real estate investment trust FHipo in its follow-on international equity offering. 

And Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed a Latin America leadership team, while
 Holland & Knight expands its Colombia office.
