Milbank advises on $820 million financing of natural gas pipeline in Mexico.

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy represented a group of financial institutions in providing financing for the $820 million build-out of a new natural gas pipeline in Mexico. Meanwhile, Jones Day advised Mexico's Arendal on its purchase of several assets from US-based Cal Dive Offshore Contractors.
