Latin America: Linklaters Leads Foreign M&A Advisors
Sullivan & Cromwell and Skadden lead completed M&As in 2013.

UK-based Linklaters, US-based Sullivan & Cromwell and US-based Skadden led the way among foreign legal advisors in announced Latin American mergers and acquisitions last year, according to a Latinvex analysis of Thomson Reuters data for the top 25 legal M&A advisors in 2013 based on announced deals.
